Guidelines for Poster Presentations

Poster should be made to fit on the template provided:
 
1. Poster Preparation and template.
After the poster presenter has received approval from the conference organizer, the poster presenter should prepare their poster to meet the requirement listed below.

2.Design and Layout
  1. The poster must be designed to use an X-Stand.
  2. The poster must be printed by the presenter, and the conference will provide the X-Stands only.
  3. The poster size should not exceed 60 cm x 160 cm.
  4. The poster text area should not exceed 55 cm x 140 cm.
3. Contents
  1. Title
  2. Name of the authors and affiliations of all authors.
  3. Abstract should not exceed 250 words.
  4. Introduction
  5. Purpose of study
  6. Research Methodology
  7. Result
  8. Discussion
  9. Conclusion
    • Suggestions
    • References
Note: the message that your poster contains should be clear and understandable without the requirement of oral explanation.

4. Poster exhibition
  1. The posters will be placed on July 11, 2019 afternoon or July 12, 2019 before 08.00 a.m. by the presenters at the Crown Prince Maha Vajiralongkorn 60th Anniversary Convention Hall. Presenters can check their poster location from the diagram designed at the conference website. 
  2. The poster presentation will be presented on July 12, 2019 from 13.00 to 17.00 hrs., at Maha Vajiralongkorn Crown Prince 60th Anniversary Convention Hall, Roi Et Rajabhat University  
  3. The poster presenter should stand by the board at pre-selected times and should set aside sufficient time available to answer any questions delegates or judges may have.
